Role & Accomplishments
As a consultant I was responsible for defining and executing the UX and product design solutions for a suite of services geared towards tracking and reporting historical research activities and services, the evaluation of research service providers and the allocation of trade commissions dollars. Additionally I defined a new workflow processes between product, UX/Design and engineering. More broadly I led efforts to elevate and mature the user experience practice related to the suite of integrated applications within the organization. This included spearheading the creation of a new UX pattern and design library as well as introducing a usability practice. |

Role & Accomplishments Razorfish Platform’s first product, Fluent, is cloud-based software that provides agencies and marketers with a single, integrated application to target, distribute and manage multi-channel digital campaigns and experiences. In parallel with the technical team building the infrastructure, the UX team, working with the Product Owner focused on designing an environment that would enable clients and agencies alike to capture their marketing related activities, invoke the necessary tools to begin building experiences and create works places that would enable them to share and collaborate. |
