J.P. Morgan Private Bank

Led a strategic and creative engagement to help J.P. Morgan Private Banking re-envision how their digital platforms – inclusive of web and mobile - can service their high net worth clients and the internal teams that service them.

Digital Strategy / User Experience Vision
The prototype was the culmination of a dozen stakeholder interviews and a series of collaborative design sessions with the client sponsor. Based off of two intertwined user scenarios the prototype served a number of goals::
  • Showcase an updated visual design system, a number of exploratory user experience concepts as well as more targeted information and interaction paradigms
  • Spur questions, conversation and debate from within the broader organization
  • Serve as a tool for soliciting feedback and planning for more in-depth activities
