I am a veteran Product Strategist and Experience Design Leader with significant experience cultivating design organizations and driving the development of digital experiences and customer-centric solutions.​
Throughout my career I have been instrumental in crafting and implementing strategies that have elevated customer experiences using data-driven insights to understand customer needs better and measure efficacy.

My previous consulting and in-house roles have equipped me with the necessary leadership and management skills to optimize and grow UX strategy, product design, and research teams. I have successfully managed external vendors and nimble teams in envisioning and executing user-centered solutions to enhance a breadth of enterprise and app based products and services.

In my current role I am focused on identifying opportunities to optimize user experiences across various customer journey touchpoints within the company’s digital engagement ecosystem.

I am also deeply committed to collaboration and have a successful history of working closely with cross-functional SMEs and stakeholders to envision solutions that align with business objectives and engineering feasibility.
