In addition to helping win the original business I partnered with the Account Lead and Program Manager to successfully grow the account.

I led  a wide variety of strategic and tactical projects both from a consumer marketing perspective and in service of EMC’s employees and Partners.

Adaptive User Experiences, Extensive Data Tagging
EMC+ consolidates all of EMC's thought leadership, perspectives and news about its product and services under one virtual roof. Content in all formats (blogs, video, etc.) is extensively tagged to drive superior relevancy and is served up in progressively consumable sizes that corresponds to the user's information appetite. Adaptive coding means the user can maintain and ideal experience across all platforms and devices.

Animated User Scenarios
In support of presenting a “Customer Experience Strategy Brief” I directed the development of 4 short animated user scenarios which are framed around the personas that had been developed in conjunction with the brief. The animated scenarios were rendered from the conceptual creative work which was part of the brief and were highly effective in further bringing the user experience vision to life.

Partners Experience Brief 
This document synthesizes a number of upfront quantitative and qualitative research activities and is an extension of strategy work previously done for the Customer Support line of business (mentioned in the context of the first deliverable). Its purpose is to provide a strategic foundation and vision for defining the next generation digital user experience for EMC’s community of partners. 

Planning Promotional Video
On behalf of the client and in support of the annual account planning process I lead the production of a promotional video that showcased ongoing and proposed activities that aligned to organization's business objectives.

More specifically, I story-boarded, scripted and recorded the voice-over talent. Additionally, I provided creative direction to an information designer, visual designer and animator.
